Refunds
All payments made to Domination Servers are non-refundable unless within the 3 day refund policy.
3 Day Refund Policy
A 3 day grace period is allowed on all game and voice service purchases. The three day period starts at 12:00 a.m. on the day of purchase and ends at 12:00 p.m. of the third day. Within this three day period customers may request a full refund.
Payments and Fees
Credit cards that are declined for any reason are subject to a $15.00 declination fee. Service will be interrupted on accounts that reach 1 day past due. Accounts not paid by the due date are subject to a $5.00 late fee. Accounts that are not paid by 8 days past the due date will be cancelled and all files will be removed.
Failure to Pay
Domination Servers may deny service if the customer fails to make payment on the due date. If Domination Servers is unable to collect payment from the customer the account may be turned over to an outside collections agency and you agree to pay all fees associated with doing do.
Use Policy
No customer at any time shall:
1) Advertise or promote any company that can be seen as a competitor of Domination Servers.
2) Run a pingbooster or any other utility that may cause harm to servers on the same machine.
3) Modify any stock binary files used to run the server provided to gain performance.
4) Run any in-game bots that interact with players.
5) Modify settings to gain higher performance then what was intended on the service purchased.
6) Attempt to exploit any of our systems to gain permissions beyond what were given to you.

Game Modifications
Domination Servers is not responsible for any performance problems that arise from running game modifications or addons. If these modifications or addons affect the performance of other services, we will issue a warning for you to remove them, failure to abide by this warning within 24 hours and we will suspend your services. We reserve the right to remove modifications and addons without warning if we find them affecting the performance of other services.
Coupon Codes
You may not use the same coupon code more than once per account. Upon using a coupon code you agree to a minimum of two months service. If service is cancelled before two months you will be charged an additional fee for the amount of the coupon.
Account Cancellation
All requests for cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before payment is due. To cancel a service you must login to the Member Center, select the service you wish to cancel, and click Request Cancellation. It is the users responsibility to ensure all subscriptions have been terminated, cancelling your account does not automatically cancel your PayPal subscription. Subscription payments are non-refundable. Upon cancellation you must pay the remaining balance on your account.
Support Boundaries
Technicial support provided by Domination Servers or third party is limited to our area of expertise. Support will be provided for any service that you have purchased from Domination Servers. All support requests should be made through our ticket system located in the Member Center. Domination Servers is not responsible for providing support for mods, we ensure your server runs perfect without mods.
Disk usage
You agree not to exceed the allocated amount of disk space provided to you as part of your package(s). You are not allowed to host content that does not relate to your services. If found doing so your account may be suspended without refund. Illegal content is strictly prohibited, if such content is found on your account we will notify the proper authorities and your account will be cancelled.
Bandwidth
You agree to not exceed the allocated amount of bandwidth provided to you as part of your package(s). If you are found to exceed the allocated amount you may be charged an overage fee. Bandwidth may not be used to transfer illegal content or content not related to your services. If found doing so, your account may be suspended or cancelled without refund.
Private Game servers
Private game servers must be password protected at all times. If your server is found without a password it will be shutdown without notification. If your server is found to not have a password 3 or more times, we may suspend or cancel your service without refund. The password must not be given out on public forums, websites, or any other type of communication which will reach the public.
Contact Information
You must provide us with contact information, and must keep it current. If at anytime we are unable to contact you using various methods, your account will be suspended.
Customer Responsibility
It is your responsibility to maintain the upkeep and backup of your services. We do not provide nor make backups of customer files.
Denial of Service Attacks
In the event of a DDoS (Denial of Service) attack from or to a customer, all services will be suspended as the attack is investigated. If we find the attack was from one of our customers it will result in immediate termination, without notification or refund. In this case we reserve the right to incur fees as damages at the expense of the client, of which will be a minimum of $50 but not exceeding $150. If the investigation was found to be an attack against a client, services will be resumed. If the client receives repetitive attacks we reserve the right to terminate the client.
Changes to Terms of Service
Domination Servers reserves the right to modify the Terms of Service without notification.
